Each month, S4G members learn about a critical community need and take action to address the issue with small donations that collectively make a big difference to our local nonprofit partners.

About Our Nonprofit Partner:
Fairfax Diapers mission is to take steps to end diaper insecurity and to raise awareness of this issue in our community. Launched in 2019, Fairfax Diapers has distributed millions of diapers to clients receiving food at Food for Others as well as other local nonprofits. With no overhead or staff, EVERY diaper and dollar donated to Fairfax Diapers provides diapers for families in need! Learn more.
September Goal: Raise $5,000 for local babies in need by providing monetary and diaper donations to cover one month's diaper distribution, approximately 30,000 diapers.
How You Can Participate:
Make a Financial Donation via Grapevine (preferred). Give Fairfax Diapers the flexibility to purchase what they need, when they need it, at the best prices. Every $25 donation provides up to 140 diapers.
Purchase Diapers via Amazon Wishlist. Ship to Christine Kenny's Gift Registry Address. Deadline: 9/16.
Purchase Diapers on Your Own. Diapers sizes 4, 5 and 6 are preferred; open packs are welcome. Bring them to the Social or drop at Christine Kenny's home, 1731 Killarney Court, Vienna, VA. Please label the donation with “S4G”. Deadline: 9/16.
RSVP for Social & Diaper Sort on September 16, 2025 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the home of Fairfax Diapers Founder, Christine Kenny. Be ready to package diapers, enjoy drinks and snacks, and learn more about Fairfax Diapers! Deadline: 9/16.
Thank you members with recurring Grapevine donations! Your donations will allow Fairfax Diapers to purchase diapers in bulk to meet specific demands throughout the year.
